I am a 5th year grad student at SoMAS. I am looking for a roommate beginning June 1st.
The apartment I am staying at is a 2 bedroom basement apartment-each bedroom has a window!
There is a large living room and a kitchen; there is also a small yard in front of the apartment.
The location is on Forest Avenue in Lake Grove. It is about 3 miles from the university campus. It is 5 minutes to the LI transit Bus stop S69 (by the Coventry Mall and Hess at the intersection of Stony Brook Rd and Rt. 347).
The rent is $575 including all utilities. There is a security deposit equal to one month’s rent and there is no lease.
